A complete certificate must be established before the development at Øvre Rotvoll can be given. The objective of the plan is to facilitate a good and dense residential area with meeting places, function mixing and public services. The plan opens for approx. 1,500 residences, one local centre, two nurseries and sports facilities including a district pool. The Brundal connection, blue-green structures, cultural monuments and central elements of the cultural landscape are also included in the plan. The project includes an approx. 40 m long foot and cycle bridge. It is a significant volume of concrete walls. There is a significant amount of water and sewage work that shall be carried out in this contract and Trondheim municipality ́s water and sewage norms are followed here. There is also considerable district heating work that shall be carried out and coordinated with Statkraft varmes ́s contractor. A waste suction facility shall be established for a future new development where main routes are laid in streets. There will also be significant electrical works as well as safeguarding existing cables and new installations for streets and future houses, where the work will be carried out in co-operation with Tensio.Minor Building and Carpentry Works

CHI will commence operational commissioning of the National Children’s Hospital Ireland in 2026. It is an objective of CHI to have a suitable qualified and experienced healthcare carpentry service engaged to support this commissioning effort. Should this tender process be completed in a timely fashion, CHI may drawdown on services as required for this project. The successful contractor will also be approved under this tendering process to undertake works at any of the other CHI sites through the duration of the framework. The framework duration is 36 months with the option to extend for one year maximum. The company / individual selected will be responsible for the supply of minor works and carpentry materials and any other supplies required to carry out the task. Minor works and carpentry materials must be supplied at competitive rates and will be invoiced separately to CHI. These works will include the removal of existing vegetation and loose rock prior to installation of rock anchors and new rock fall drapery.
