Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) require the services of an experienced civil engineering company to undertake the installation of rock fall netting to trackside rock cutting asset CTB035D, along with the installation of trackside drainage at this location. These works will include the removal of existing vegetation and loose rock prior to installation of rock anchors and new rock fall drapery. These works may require vegetation removal in the form of rope access methodology or from Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP’s), all staff to be suitably qualified to carry out all works activities. The worksite will also require the installation of new trackside drainage to the Down Cess to aid water ingress removal from the Rock Cutting CTB035D.

Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIM"Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Ledningstrasé" is part of a larger water and sewage project in Trondheim municipality that has run, and shall run, over several stages. The aim is to reduce the amount of overflow supplied to The River Nidelva from the sewage network by establishing a separated main stem for W&S from the sewage zone Lerkendal where surface water is led to the River Nidelva, and waste water is fed by a self-fall to Høvringen treatment facility. In "Fossumdalen stage 5-6, Ledningstrasé", the existing overflow (OP04) shall be established in "Fossumdalen stage 4" connects to the Høvringen sewage tunnel via a diving pipeline under the River Nidelva with a flushing magazine. The pipeline installation starts with drilling rock from the west side of Osloveien south of Stavne to Høvringen sewage tunnel. Under osloveien, a sewage pipeline is laid through a completed freighter and dug a ditch to the east between the properties in Sivert Dahlens veg. Pipelines that controlled drilling will be executed under the River Nidelva to Valøya. Over Valøya and up to Valøyslyngen, pipelines are to be dug in a ditch. Pipelines in valøyslyngen shall be executed in an increased dimension, which together with the existing volume in the existing sewage pipeline upstream OP04 (new overflow) functions as flushing magnet for the diving line. The flushing magazine shall be emptied via a flush manhole and the facility shall be adapted for the supply of water from the municipality ́s water pipelines. A new water and sewage system shall also be constructed from OP04 (a new overflow) to the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and Valøyslyngen. From the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and valøyslyngen, a new water pipeline will be laid in the same route as the existing water pipeline to Holtermanns road. The following turnkey contracts will be transported to the general contractor:1 "Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Sewage pump station" (the existing sewage pump station APS is replaced by a smaller and more modern sewage pump station APS04.2 "Fossumdalen section 5-6, HVAC, management and automation"The general contractor will take over, among other things, the engineering design and coordination responsibility for these two turnkey contracts. Die Fahrbahn wie auch die zugehörige Strassenentwässerung und Strassenbeleuchtung werden im Zuge der Strassenbauarbeiten ersetzt. Die alte defektanfällige Eternit- Trinkwasserleitung muss auf Grund mehrerer Leitungsbrüche dringend ersetzt werden. Es ist vorgesehen, ein Trottoir von 1.50 m Breite auf der heutigen Fahrbahnfläche zu realisieren.Die Fahrbahn selbst hat deshalb nur noch eine Breite von 3.50 m (Schmalfahrbahn); im Begegnungsfall muss das bergwärts fahrende Fahrzeug auf das überfahrbare Trottoir ausweichen. Werke, geplante Massnahmen: Abwasserleitungen: WAR/WAS Die bestehenden WAR-/WAS-Leitungen genügen, die Kontrollschächte müssen an die neuen Höhenverhältnisse angepasst werden. Die Strassentwässerung inkl. Sammler werden komplett erneuert und an die vorhandene Meteorabwasserleitung (WAR) angeschlossen. Trinkwasserleitungen:Leitungsersatz auf gesamter Länge sowie einzelne Hausanschlüsse und neuer Hydrant.Die neue PE 160 Leitung ist im koordinierten WL-Plan Lagemässig wieder auf der Südseite der Strasse vorgesehen. Zudem soll auch das Teilstück Richtung Kreuzackerhägli erneuert werden.Für die Realisierung ist während der Bauarbeiten ein Provisorium vorgesehenFernwärme (Wärmeverbund Leimental AG / Primeo)In die Stallenstrasse sollen neue FW-Leitung (2 Rohre) durch die Primeo AG, Energie, eingebaut werden. Die neuen Leitungen werden im Abschnitt Oberwilerstrasse bis knapp über die Kreuzung Kreuzackerhägli verlegt. Die Lage ist auf der Südseite der Strasse zwischen der neuen Wasserleitung und dem bestehenden Sauberabwasserkanal (WAR) vorgesehen.Strom (Primeo)Die Kabine auf der Parzelle 2338 muss versetzt werden und wird neu voraussichtlich an der Grenzezur Parzelle 6001 angeordnet. Entsprechend sind auch alle Zuleitungen in diesem Bereich anzupassen. Ersatz der Hausanschlüsse bis zur Parzellengrenze.Die neuen Rohranlagen sollen neben die bestehenden Rohre verlegt werden. Nach Inbetriebnahmewird die bestehende Rohranlage entfernt. Öffentliche Beleuchtung Gemeinde (Primeo)Kabel und Verrohrung (d80) im ganzen Abschnitt erneuert und an Kabine 3713-I angehängt werden.Auf dem Strassenabschnitt soll die bisherige öB durch 5 neue Kandelaber/Leuchten ersetzt werden.Zudem soll auch ein Kandelaber im Nelkenweg erneuert werden.Gas (IWB)In Anbetracht, dass die Primeo im Bereich der Gasleitung Grabarbeiten vorsieht, muss die 200er ND-Leitung ersetzt werden. Lagemässig soll die neue Leitung wieder im Bereich der best. Leitung auf der Strassennordseite (neu im Trottoirbereich) verlegt werden.Für den Bau muss ein Provisorium erstellt werden, so dass die alte Leitung ausser Betrieb genommenwerden kann. Es werden keine Hausanschlüsse erneuert.Swisscom Keine Ausbauwünsche (Stand Januar 2026), evtl.
