AMICE (Advanced Multimodal Imaging Centers) is a national collaborative network of experimental and preclinical imaging facilities across all Dutch academic medical centers and universities, established in 2021. Through a prestigious NWO Roadmap grant, the consortium has secured funding to upgrade and modernize preclinical MRI infrastructure at several participating institutions. These MRI systems are primarily used for advanced imaging of laboratory animals and ex vivo tissues in support of biomedical and translational research. In addition, many of the facilities provide imaging services for industry-sponsored and contract research projects, thereby facilitating collaboration between academia and commercial partners and supporting the translation of novel imaging methodologies into practical applications. As part of our upcoming procurement process, we are reaching out to the market to gather insights, perspectives, and practical input from organizations active in this field. To facilitate this, we have prepared a questionnaire that invites you to share your expertise and experience. Your responses will help us refine our requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure that the eventual tender aligns with realistic market conditions and opportunities. Participation is voluntary, and all information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of this consultation. A central aspect of this research is the ability to engineer precisely defined biochemical and physical microenvironments at the sub-micron scale, and to observe how cells and particles respond to these environments over time. To address the research questions arising in this context, an advanced inverted fluorescence microscope is required, capable of supporting both high-precision imaging and laser patterning of microenvironments, long-term live imaging of dim fluorescent samples across extended timescales of 24 hours or more, and real-time closed-loop experiment control, where imaging data must be processed and acted upon during acquisition rather than after the fact. To enable sub-micron laser photopatterning, the microscope must support stable and validated integration with the Alveole Primo2 system, a laser-based photopatterning module which will be available in the group. Together, these requirements place stringent demands on the optical performance, mechanical stability, and computational capabilities of the microscope. To address the research questions arising in this context, an advanced maskless photopatterning system is required, capable of three functions within a single device: micropatterning of biomolecules for defining regions where cell can adhere, three-dimensional structuration of UV-sensitive hydrogels for structuring the mechanical environments of the cells, and microfabrication of microfluidic channels for enabling control of the biochemical environment of the cells. These three functions must be reconfigurable on demand and in real time, and the system must mount on an inverted fluorescence microscope, so that patterning can be performed at precisely imaged locations and in closed loop with observed cell behaviour. Together, these requirements place stringent demands on the patterning resolution, design flexibility, multi-function capability, and microscope integration of the instrument. LandsvirkjunReykjavíkDeadline: Aug 05Landsvirkjun would like to invite you to take part in our Preliminary Market Consultation for steam control valves that will be located in the T/G Unit valve room and form the HP separator pressure control and bypass arrangement, as indicated on P&ID drawing THT-P-LBK-T0-0515. Their primary function is to reduce the pressure of high-pressure steam that is not routed through the T/G Unit, from 27 bara to 9.3 bara, before the steam enters the existing medium-pressure system. The HP steam separator is designed for a maximum steam flow of 176 kg/s, which represents the maximum steam flow expected to be handled through the steam control valves. The T/G Unit is designed for flexible operation and variable load conditions, where the steam flow through the turbine may change depending on available steam, operating mode, start-up, shutdown, load changes and maintenance requirements. The steam control valves shall therefore be suitable for operation across a wide flow range and shall be capable of supporting stable pressure reduction from the HP steam system to the MP steam system during both partial bypass and full bypass operation. Special attention shall be given to the risk of H₂S-induced embrittlement and sulphide stress cracking, as well as the potential for SiO₂ scaling in high-temperature geothermal service. Vendors shall seek to minimize wear of valve components and noise emissions and shall avoid the use of plates or other components liable to clogging due to scaling.Market Dialogue on Three Core Processes for Future Market System at Energinet

At the same time, the existing methane infrastructure will need to be supported by a new system solution. Nomination – The shipper informs Energinet of the desired transportation quantity for a given time period as the basis for matching and balancing. Nominations and renominations are expected to be submitted at 15-minute intervals. Matching – Ensuring that transported quantities are aligned between two system operators with corresponding opposite values. Allocation – Ensuring correct allocation of physical measurements and the commercial outcome of matching as the basis for balance calculation and system management. A similar need exists for methane, as the intention is to harmonize the systems for methane and hydrogen. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify available software solutions in the market that can support the processes described above. Energinet wishes to explore whether standard systems are available that can be configured to support both methane and hydrogen in separate instances with different configurations. The solution is expected to comply with applicable EU rules for the transportation of methane and hydrogen. The system must also support the existing methane market. It is expected to handle and support market processes such as nomination, matching and allocation, as well as data exchange between relevant market participants and internal and external systems.
