Das Gewächshaus soll präzise, fachgerechte Umweltbedingungen ermöglichen, Klimaneutralität fördern und innovative Technologien wie Sensoren, computergestützte Steuerung, smarte Glasscheiben und effiziente Beleuchtung integrieren. Wesentliche Ziele: effizienter Düngemitteleinsatz, Reduktion von Wasser- und Stromverbrauch. Biologische Sicherheitsstufe mindestens S1. Budgetrahmen: max. 18,30 Mio. € brutto (KG 200-700 DIN 276). Machbarkeitsstudie 2024/2025 bereits durchgeführt.
