Das Gewächshaus soll präzise, unterschiedliche Umweltbedingungen bereitstellen, Klimaneutralität fördern und innovative Technologien wie Sensoren, computergestützte Steuerung, smarte Glasscheiben und effiziente Beleuchtung nutzen. Wesentliche Projektziele sind effizienter Düngemitteleinsatz sowie Reduktion von Wasser- und Stromverbrauch. Biologische Sicherheitsstufe mindestens S1. Budgetrahmen: max. 18,30 Mio. € brutto. Machbarkeitsstudie wurde 2024/2025 durchgeführt.
