Leistungsgegenstand: Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung eines Kassenautomaten für den Einsatz in der Kreisverwaltung zur automatisierten Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen im Publikumsverkehr. Der Kassenautomat soll die Annahme von Gebühren und sonstigen Verwaltungszahlungen ermöglichen und eine sichere, effiziente sowie benutzerfreundliche Zahlungsabwicklung gewährleisten. Technische Mindestanforderungen: Der Kassenautomat muss mindestens folgende Anforderungen erfüllen: Annahme von Bargeld (Banknoten und Münzen) einschließlich automatischer Wechselgeldverarbeitung, Möglichkeit zur bargeldlosen Zahlung (Girocard/EC-Karte, Kreditkarte sowie kontaktlose Zahlverfahren), Ausgabe eines Zahlungsbelegs, sichere Verwahrung und Überwachung des Bargeldbestandes, automatische Erfassung und Dokumentation der Zahlungsvorgänge, Anschlussmöglichkeit an vorhandene Verwaltungs- bzw. Kassensysteme über geeignete Schnittstellen.
