BAAINBwKoblenzSupportleistungen - Unified Support - Microsoft Industrial Delivery (ISD) Im nicht Herkules(nH)-Anteil des IT-Systems der Bundeswehr (IT-SysBw) werden überwiegend Produkte der Firma Microsoft eingesetzt. Um einen kontinuierlichen und fehlerarmen Betrieb für diese Produkte garantieren zu können, ist es notwendig, einen Unified Enterprise Support Vertrag zu schließen. Dazu gehören Unterstützung bei Fehlern, Konfigurationen, Migrationen und im Betrieb von Produkten und Technologien der Firma Microsoft. Der Unified Support ermöglicht es dem nH-Bereich ITSysBw, die Produkte der Microsoft AG bei weiterhin bestehendem Support zu nutzen und auf die Consulting-Leistungen zurückzugreifen. Hierdurch können Fehler ausgebessert werden und die Arbeitsfähigkeit erhalten bleiben. Ferner kann das eigene Know-How durch die Consulting Leistungen gefördert und die Produkte effektiver für die Dienstaufgaben genutzt werden. Teil des Unified Support ist der Microsoft Industrial Service Delivery (ISD). ISD sind projektbasierte Beratungsleistungen zur Unterstützung des Bundes bei der Planung, Implementierung und Übernahme von Lösungen mit dem Ziel einer schnelleren Wertschöpfung aus IT-Investitionen. Die Leistungen betreffen, je nach Microsoft-Produkt und - Technologie, Lösungen für die digitale Strategie, für Architektur, Planung, Upgrades, Migration, Bereitstellung, für Anwendungsentwicklung und Datenanalyse. Der Vertrag beinhaltet Support-Leistungen für die Projekte - FMN - GMN - CSOCBw - SuTBw Der Anteil OPCIS, der im Vorvertrag enthalten war, ist nicht Bestandteil dieser EVA, da keine Forderung vorgelegt wurdeSupport for Microsoft for the health authorities in Norway
