UNICEF Uzbekistan Country Office invites qualified companies to submit proposals under LRPS-2026-9205979 – INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONAL CONSULTANCY School Network Optimization in Uzbekistan. The overall objective is to support MoPSE and MoEF to strengthen evidence-based school infrastructure planning through functional analysis, development of school network optimization framework, a GeoAI/ML pilot, and practical capacity transfer.
