Lillestrøm municipality sucht eine einheitliche, integrierte Plattform für Servicebuchung, Verwaltung, Kapazitätsmanagement und Kommunikation für kommunale Gesundheits- und Pflegedienste. Nach Marktrecherche wird die 'Service Shop' von Proventus AS als einziges bekanntes System identifiziert, das alle Mindestanforderungen und Funktionsbedürfnisse erfüllt. Es gibt keinen anderen bekannten Anbieter, der diese Kombination von Funktionen in einem kombinierten, produktionsbereiten System anbietet, das speziell für den kommunalen Sektor entwickelt und bereits in anderen Gemeinden implementiert ist. Die Service Shop sichert die gesamte Service-Reise in einem integrierten System. Der Auftragswert beträgt ca. 2,1 Mio. NOK. Die Ausschreibung wird aus technischen Gründen in TED und Doffin veröffentlicht, unterliegt jedoch nicht der TED-Veröffentlichungspflicht.
