Übernahme der bestehenden Lieferung eines Müllfahrzeugs (C1 refuse collection vehicle) durch Steco AS als neuen Vertragspartner, nachdem der ursprüngliche Vertragspartner Steco Miljø AS im April 2026 aufgelöst wurde. Der Auftraggeber hat geprüft, dass die Voraussetzungen für einen Lieferantenwechsel nach § 28-1 Buchstabe e der Vergabeverordnung erfüllt sind: Steco AS führt die Aktivitäten weitgehend fort, verfügt über die notwendigen Fachkräfte und Ressourcen und erfüllt die ursprünglichen Eignungskriterien. Inhalt, Umfang, Preis und wesentliche Vertragsbedingungen bleiben unverändert. In der ursprünglichen Ausschreibung ging nur ein Angebot ein. Der Vertrag wird nach Ablauf der Wartefrist am 6. Juli 2026 unterzeichnet.

Steco AS has documented access to the necessary competence, personnel and organisational resources to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority has assessed that Steco AS fulfils the original qualification requirements that were set in the competition. No significant changes are made to the content, scope, price or other central terms of the contract. The contracting authority does not have any basis for the change of supplier occurring in order to bypass the procurement regulations. The contracting authority has emphasised that only one tender was received in the original competition. Sirkula IKSFURNESDeadline: Jun 29The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of refuse collection vehicles, workshop services and service agreements. The vehicles shall be biogas driven. The contracting authority is Sirkula, GLØR, Horizon and HRA. The need is within the framework agreement period, estimated to be 6-8 2-chamber compressor vehicles and 4-6 compressor vehicles with cranes. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 70,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The ordering of the vehicle(s) will be made individually by each company. See the price form and the needs description for further information. The Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9, the fourth section will be used in this procurement. The main performance of the procurement is vehicles, of which the largest environmental impact is in possible emissions resulting from fossile fuel. In this procurement, vehicles with biogas based operations shall be procured. This gives a better effect on climate and the environment than using fuel technology as the award criteria, as there is a risk that suppliers would otherwise deliver fuel technology with major emissions. RIR Transport ASMoldeThe procurement comprises the following two separate contracts: Procurement of four three axled two chamber vehicles Procurement of 1 three axle one chamber vehicle with cranes For both lots, tenders shall be submitted for a 5 year service and repair agreement on the chassis, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. Sub-contract 1 also includes a voluntary option for the procurement of up to 6 three axled, two-chamber sanitation vehicles within 12 months of ordering the vehicles in the main delivery.
