Ziel der Informations- und Unterstützungsstelle ist es, den Verantwortlichen bei konkreten Umsetzungsfragen in der Anwendung des durch den Senat beschlossenen Digitalcheck methodisch zu unterstützen, die Gedanken des Digitalchecks zu vermitteln und Fragen zur Durchführung und Dokumentation des Digitalchecks zu klären. Vorgesehen ist neben ad-hoc Unterstützungsleistungen (z.B. telefonischer Art) eine standardisierte Begleitung von Projekten in den Senatsverwaltungen (einschl. Senatskanzlei), beispielsweise durch Workshops. Des Weiteren soll die Informations- und Unterstützungs-stelle Schulungsmaßnahmen durchführen und die Wirksamkeit des Digitalchecks und seiner Umsetzungsmodule analysieren. Daraus sollen Ableitungen für eine technische, organisatorische und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts getroffen werden.
