This framework will include the following design team disciplines (Lots): Lot 1: Architect (AR) as Principal Service Provider with the following Specialists domestic subconsultants or in-house specialisms: a. Planner (PL), b. Project Supervisor Design process (PSDP), c. Fire Safety Consultant (FSC) and d. BIM Information Manager(BIM). Lot 2: Quantity Surveyor (QS), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 3: Building Services Engineer (ME), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 4: Civil and Structural Engineer (CS), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 5: Employer’s Representative (ER), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 6: Energy Efficient Design Facilitator (EEDF), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 7: Assigned Certifier (AC), as Principal Service Provider. The Contracting Authority intends to admit a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 suppliers to the framework. The HSE is undertaking a significant nationwide disposal programme covering a diverse range of surplus property assets. The scope of services is divided into two categories to reflect the differing levels of complexity, value, and strategic sensitivity involved in these disposals. Scope of Work – Initial Contract and Framework Agreement is broken into 2 type of disposals: • Standard Disposals – Value Range less than €1,000,000 • Non-Standard Disposals – Value Range less than €1,000,000
