The HSE intends to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Real Estate Services for HSE (2025–2029). The Contracting Authority intends to admit a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 suppliers to the framework. The HSE is undertaking a significant nationwide disposal programme covering a diverse range of surplus property assets. The scope of services is divided into two categories to reflect the differing levels of complexity, value, and strategic sensitivity involved in these disposals. Scope of Work – Initial Contract and Framework Agreement is broken into 2 type of disposals: • Standard Disposals – Value Range less than €1,000,000 • Non-Standard Disposals – Value Range less than €1,000,000
