The extension is to continue the current contract for a 12-month period for the provision of National Estates Information System (NEIS) which currently manages: • HSE portfolio and property data leases and contracts; • Environmental and sustainability targets in line HSE Climate Action Obligations • Capital Projects in line with the Strategic Healthcare Infrastructure Framework (SHIF) supporting the Common Appraisal Framework (CAF) • Tracking of preventative and reactive maintenance across the HSE. • Expansion of Space Management to further HSE locations • Support to the National Children’s Hospital and the National Maternity Hospital for Building Information Modelling (BIM) including Safety and Operations & Maintenance.
