Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupUnder the Dynamic Purchasing System for Unmanned Aerial Systems, DALO has purchased 25 sets of micro FPV unmanned aerial systems from AA Defence ApS. One set contains 5 unmanned aerial vehicles and spare parts. The systems are multicopters and cybersecure. The systems will be used for training. Due to platform-technical limitations, this notice incorrectly states that the legal basis for this DPS is Directive 2014/24/EU. As the legal basis for the dynamic purchasing system is deemed to be the Defence and Security Directive, DALO's purchase of unmanned aerial systems falls under the scope of directive 2009/81/EC.Request for information - Rescure stretcher

Based on the responses received, DALO might conduct further dialog with a number of suppliers.New exhibition design for The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle for The Royal Danish Collection
De Danske Kongers Kronologiske Samling på RosenborgKøbenhavn KDeadline: Jul 30The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to select a lead consultant with responsibility for the development and form of exhibition design for The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle for The Royal Danish Collection. See also appendix 4. Project Brief. The exhibition is part of the overall development of the project for a new version of The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle site, which will create new exhibition spaces for artefacts with unique historic, cultural and national significance from the Royal Danish Collection. Rosenborg Castle’s new treasury is intended as an experience that visitors will find impressive and moving. The appointed exhibition designer will be responsible for developing the interpretation concept and exhibition design in close collaboration with the Royal Danish Collection and relevant stakeholders, including foundations, the Agency for Culture and Palaces and other associated consultants. The contract involves the development of the narrative and spatial design concept and detailed planning as the basis for tender and production of exhibition equipment. The commission also includes consultancy in connection with the purchase, production and installation of all the exhibition elements included in the project scope. Production and installation are expected to be put out to tender as an all-inclusive contract or as partial contracts, and the Exhibition Designer will be required to assist in the preparation and execution of these contracts. The tender process for the exhibition design is carried out before the conclusion of the competition for the design of the building that will house the exhibition. The process will therefore be based on an exhibition area with a fictitious floor plan. Importantly, it should be noted that the tenderers are not expected to present a finished proposal but rather ideas, concepts and proposals that will be developed in a collaborative process with the Royal Danish Collection and the appointed lead consultants for the building contract. The Royal Danish Collection is not legally obligated to put this contract out to tender but has chosen to do so, following the regulations in the Danish Public Procurement Act. The design Contract must be tendered as a single whole, as there must be one responsible Supplier for the design deliverable. Accordingly, it is not divided into multiple consultancy agreements, as this would not result in a coherent expression for the exhibition. Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjonOsloDeadline: Aug 05The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for catering services for mealtimes connected to representation in the RRA. A correct framework for events consists of many parts, of which the dishes that are served are a very important part. It is therefore important with high quality, so-called "fine dining". The RRA has the chef who handles daily operations and events on a smaller scale. With larger events with more than 20 persons present, staff holidays and during busy periods there is, therefore, a need to supplement in order to have events with meals. Some events are known of a long time in advance, some come at very short notice.Framework Service Contracts for the provision of “Support to the implementation of the EU Capability Development Priorities in the Land Domain and for Strategic Enablers” (26.CAP.OP.025)
European Defence AgencyRue des Drapiers, 17-23The EU Capability Development Priorities endorsed by the EU Ministers of Defence in November 2023 contain three (3) priorities related to the land domain, one (1) priority related to logistics, including AM, and one (1) priority related to CBRN defence: - Ground Combat Capabilities (GCC); - Future Soldier Systems (FSS); - Land Based Precision Engagement (LBPE); - Sustainable and Agile Logistics (SAL); - CBRN Defence. The present call for tenders aims to ensure contractual support for the implementation of the above mentioned priorities over a period of four (4) years. The capability development areas to be covered are: - Lot I: GCC - Lot II: FSS - Lot III: LBPE - Lot IV: SAL - Lot V: AM-enabled Military Capabilities - Lot VI: CBRN Defence For each individual LOT I – VI and their respective capability development areas abovementioned, the specific objectives are twofold: - Provision of studies and support for concept development - Provision of event management servicesSupplier Qualification System for EPCM consultant for the Danish hydrogen backbone
Energinet Systemansvar A/SFredericiaThe Danish Hydrogen Backbone project (DHB) is a comprehensive effort to establish a hydrogen infrastructure in Denmark, connecting planned large-scale hydrogen production in Denmark, produced from renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, with the German and European hydrogen markets. The project is part of the European hydrogen infrastructure and significantly contributes to the EU's goals of climate neutrality and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The full backbone is planned to extend all the way from underground storage in the northern part of Denmark (Lille Torup) to the German border (Frøslev), but a political decision has been made to initially focus on building the southern part of the system (DHB1), and thereby having this part operational by the end of 2030. The purpose of establishing the SQS is to be able to tender for full-service consultancies (EPCM suppliers), who can support Energinet in building the DHB. The EPCM supplier will function as a strategic partner to Energinet and will be required to deliver on wide area of Engineering, Procurement and Construction-Management activities, while simultaneously engaging in the overall project-management organization in Energinet. The EPCM supplier is expected to be responsible for the areas of: a) design (this includes producing and developing the detailed design); (b) procurement of necessary materials and equipment; (c) management and administration of the construction contracts. DHB1 includes the conversion of 88 km 30” methane pipeline (one out of two parallel pipelines) and the establishment of 45 km 36” hydrogen pipeline including L/V-stations and PLR-stations, along with metering and regulation stations on the mainline as well as branch off connection stations for hydrogen producers and consumers. The decision to initially build only DHB1 reflects a pragmatic approach for developing a scalable hydrogen infrastructure that can be expanded as market demand and production capacity grow. The first call for tender on the SQS will include an EPCM contract for DHB1 and potentially options for additional parts of the full DHB. Further EPCM contracts are expected to be tendered under the SQS, when political decisions for the remaining parts of the DHB are sin place.Market dialog regarding the acquisition of Area denial Weapon
Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupDeadline: Aug 09The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is planning to acquire an area denial weapon system for the engagement of armoured vehicles, including main battle tanks. The system may be implemented as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), a stationary installation, or a combination thereof. The system shall enable the operator to define a geographically delimited engagement area ("kill zone") and shall be capable of detecting and classifying vehicles entering this area, including automatic recognition of hostile vehicle types. Upon a recognised hostile vehicle — or, depending on configuration, any vehicle — entering the designated engagement area, the system shall be capable of autonomously engaging and destroying the target without operator intervention. The system shall deliver sufficient terminal effect to defeat modern main battle tanks.
