Nedre Romerike water and sewage company IKS (NRVA) is owned by Lillestrøm, Lørenskog, Rælingen, Nittedal and Gjerdrum, ensures cleaning and delivering clean drinking water and receiving and purifying sewage water. Read more at the nrva.no. NRVA's biogas facility welcomes and processes sewage sludge. from municipal and intermunicipal treatment facilities. Three types of biogas installations are produced Products: biogas, bio residue and liquid nitrogen fertiliser. This intention notice deals with entry into framework agreement for transport of liquid nitrogen fertiliser. The liquid nitrogen fertiliser is a nitrogen rich fluid that is used as an soil improvement agent in agriculture. It is sterile and fulfils heavy metal class 0 in accordance with. The Natural Fertiliser Products Regulations. Expected Annual production is 10,000 – 15,000 m3, which is estimated to 330 - 500 loads per annum. NRVA has a storage capacity of 2,200 m3, but regular transport is required to maintain stable operation of the installation. NRVA requires that the tank vehicles must be able to load and unload the nitrogen fertiliser in order to load and unload the nitrogen fertiliser. equipped with a load robot/arm (see annex). This nitrogen fertiliser is a new product in the market and therefore it is also a requirement that transporter must establish a network and that they have ongoing dialogue with local farmers about storage capacity and reception throughout the year. It is anticipated that there are only a limited number of suppliers who fulfil the requirements, and NRVA has, therefore, intention to enter into a framework agreement with the following companies: • Eggum – Agriculture, transport and biogas (org. no. 993 855 235) • Kindlistuen og Dahl AS (org. no. 894 241 772) Questions and any objections shall be communicated via Mercell TendSign.

OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENDeadline: Aug 25The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. The aim of the hearing is to identify the market ́s possibilities and recommendations as regards the county ́s needs and expectations, as well as what systems and possibilities are available to safeguard environmental considerations in an appropriate and competitive manner. At the same time, the hearing replies will help avoid cancelling the competition due to poor need coverage, or rejection of tenderers due to too stringent requirements. Troms County would like relevant tenderers' tenderers to see the attached draft of requirement specifications, qualification requirements and contract terms.
