Vaksdal municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall provide lawyer services for the municipality. The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for lawyer services, mainly related to problems that will occur in connection with Bane NOR and Statens Vegvesen ́s work on the Joint Project Arna-Stanghelle (FAS), which runs through Vaksdal municipality. The joint project Arna-Stanghelle (FAS) is a joint project between Bane NOR and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to build a safer and faster road and railway route between Arna outside Bergen and Stanghelle in Vaksdal municipality. See Annex 1 - the Contracting Authority's Requirement Specifications for further information on the procurement ́s purpose and extent.

EKSPORTFINANSIERING NORGEOSLOThe competition is for the provision of lawyer services. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are directed against these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. APPRENTICE: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the contract ́s main elements do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).Framework agreement for consultancy services
Kvæfjord KommuneBorkenesDeadline: Aug 17Harstad municipality, Kvæfjord municipality, Lødingen municipality, Tjeldsund municipality and Ibestad municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with tenderers for the provision of technical consultancy services for architects and consulting engineers for the following disciplines: Sub-contract 1 Construction engineering services: Construction, Electro, HVAC and sanitation. Sub-contract 2 Fire engineering services Sub-contract 3 Project management/builder ombudsman/construction management/ (ITB Coordinator). Sub-contract 4 Building and process automation.
