The law court administration needs to connect with a tenderer who can assist with good engineering design plans for both new establishments, renovations and changes to premises. This primarily includes the preparation of furnishing plans, fixtures concepts and form drawings for courtrooms, multi-purpose rooms, support rooms, public areas and office areas. The tenderer shall also be able to assist with procurements of fixtures and when assessing the landlord's proposal for designing rooms. Stange kommuneSTANGEDeadline: Jul 06The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for parallel framework agreements for architect and engineering services within different disciplines. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the municipality access to consultants with the correct competence and competitive terms, when the municipality needs it. The need for consultancy services is mainly at the municipality ́s units, the property department, the planning department and municipal engineering in connection with their activities for, among other things, development, maintenance and further development of the municipality's properties and infrastructure. The framework agreements can be used both in operation and for investment projects. The framework agreements shall also be able to be used by other entities within the municipality, including Stange municipal housing company KF and Stange Church Council. The requested services are divided into two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Architect trade contract 2 - Consultant engineering (construction and municipal engineering services, water and sewage and area plan) The contracting authority aims to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers per sub-contract, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tender offers. Modum kommuneVikersundDeadline: Jul 08Nye Modumheimen comprises a new extension to the welfare centre Modumheimen in Modum municipality. The building shall house a short-term department for rehabilitation, observation, respite care, municipal emergency 24 hour units and palliative care, day activity offer for persons with dementia, café and meeting place, "one door in" for preventive services, central kitchen and competence and training areas. In addition 16 to 24 residential units shall be co-located for elderly persons with connection to manpower. This procurement concerns architect services within architecture, landscape architecture and interior architecture, as well as responsible applicant, for the concept phase. The concept phase shall clarify the form and location of a new building on the site and connection to the existing buildings.
