Tender description
The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training has a continual need for assistance within problems connected to financial supervision. The Directorate therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement for this. The framework agreement will be valid for two - 2 - years, with an option for one - 1 - plus one - 1 - year extension. The framework agreement will have an upper economic limit of NOK 4 million excluding VAT (including the option). We estimate that the annual consumption will be NOK 1 million. The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contract will come into force no earlier than 8.10.2026, as the current framework agreement expires on 07.10.2026.

Design hours for the accompanying layout/set-up of printing services and profile articles will naturally belong to the framework agreement, but the option belongs to assignments within graphic design. The framework agreement period will be 2 years with a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year for the contracting authority. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENDeadline: Aug 25The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence.
