The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer who has the procurement capacity and competence that is relevant for SPK's procurement profile. The contract shall primarily ensure SPK effective access to assistance with the execution of procurements. In addition the contract shall ensure SPK access to legal assistance within public procurements as needed. In periods there can be more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for specific procurement related competence. The contract includes the following service areas: Operative procurement assistance, Legal assistance, other procurement related services, Total financial scope for the entire framework agreement period of four years, is estimated to be between NOK 3 million and NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT. The framework agreement ́s upper framework is NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENDeadline: Aug 25The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions.
