Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloThe Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) needs to deliver CO2 that is used for water treatment at VAV ́s facilities. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. From 2028 it is expected that consumption at Oset will be reduced. The extent of this is uncertain. Tenderers shall also offer maintenance/service of the CO2 plant and gas safety courses. Grimstad kommuneGrimstadDeadline: Aug 12Grimstad municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers for winter maintenance; snow ploughing, gritting and clearing snow and ice on municipal roads and open spaces, as well as setting out snow stakes. The framework agreement is divided into three parallel sub-contracts divided in accordance with machine types: tractors, small wheel loaders (4-8 tons) and large wheel loaders (8-16 tons). This notice concerns snow clearing areas of roads, as well as clearing areas for municipal purpose-built buildings. Tenderers shall not submit tender offers on specific routes, it is the contracting authority who will award the routes after the tender deadline has expired. The expected tenderers will have route maps distributed in a reasonable time before the snow clearing season. As the areas are dynamic and changes can occur, the routes will be divided according to a total assessment of the following criteria: the machine ́s suitability, efficient operations planning and cost-benefit connected to geographical location and costs of moving around. The contracting authority always aims to divide the sections so that they generate approx. as many hours. Changes must be expected in the routes, but will be agreed further per season. During the agreement period there will be a need for occasional snow clearing in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs.
