If during the term of the M120 Framework a framework contractor no longer meets the financial and economic standing requirements in the PQQ or does not submit a tender in response to a call-off tender for three or more call-off contracts in a row then TII reserves the right to terminate the framework agreement with that contractor and appoint one of the reserve tenderers to the M120 Framework.
