Construction of the National Cricket Centre, Contract 1, which consists of the following elements: (1) Civil works including the Cricket Oval including the Wicket, 4,240 permanent seating bowl, bulk earthworks, boreholes and irrigation system, site infrastructure, utility services (2) Ancillary buildings comprising, Energy Centre (313m2), Maintenance building (536m2) and 2 WC blocks of 214m2 each (3) Landscaping works including grasscrete around the pitch hard standing to the concourse and soft landscaping The site is approximately 30 hectares, located in the eastern portion of the Sport Ireland campus at Abbottstown, Dublin 15. The project features a seating bowl around the main oval, with a diameter of 156 meters, consisting of 21 strips in total, 13 of which meet the minimum boundary requirements for men’s international matches. The seating capacity is 4,240, arranged in a 6-row configuration around most of the oval, offering excellent sight lines and ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for spectators

The Design, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of the New National Genomics Laboratory using PW-CF2
Beaumont Hospital intends to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design, construction, installation and commissioning of a new National Genomics Laboratory, which shall be a fully compliant modular building integrated into the Beaumont Hospital campus. The Contracting Authority has determined that a modular facility is required. NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs.
