The service will be for ventilation services with the accompanying equipment deliveries in connection with ongoing and emergency maintenance and minor alteration works. The contracting authority will, as a main rule, carry out maintenance on the ventilation installations, but will also need to purchase this service (or parts of it) in some cases.
