Neben den allgemeinen Anforderungen, u. a.: - elektronische Klientenakte - Fallmanagement - Verlaufsdokumentation - Dokumentenmanagement - Hilfeplanung und Fallsteuerung - Termin und Fristenverwaltung - Rechnungsstellung (Abrechnung nach SGB XII) wird besonderer Wert auf folgende Spezialfunktionen gelegt: - Wohnplatz- und Unterkunftsmanagement - Belegungs- und Anwesenheitsverwaltung - AG-Stado-zertifizierte Bundesstatistik - Haushaltsplanung - Anbindung (Planung/Abrechnung) an bestehende Haushaltssoftware (AB-DATA) - Inventar- und Schlüsselverwaltung - Integration weiterer Fachbereiche (z. B. Schuldnerberatung oder Migrationsberatung) - DSGVO-Konformität (Löschmodul) - Digitale Postbox
