Tender description
Haugesund municipality shall rebuild a former nursing home from the 1980s to a respite care centre for children and youths (0-18 years), Stølen respite care centre. The users are children living at home with different forms of mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are at schools, etc., the Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with one contractor for ground and outdoor work (E701). The project shall be executed as a builder managed joint contract. See Chapter A - Project Information for further details on the other contracts.

Kinn kommuneMåløyKinn municipality would like to enter into a contract with a contractor for dense building and fitting works, including technical disciplines, as well as outdoor work for the planned welfare building, Albertatunet. In addition reconstruction of roads including electro and W&S works around Albertatunet shall also be carried out in this contract. Albertatunet is a planned welfare building in the centre of Florø, which shall contain 100 institution sites, a new base for the home care services, emergency doctor surgery, day activity shelter as well as training/rehabilitation premises and cafè. There will be a workplace for a total of 150-200 employees, and the building shall be designed in accordance with husbanken ́s requirements for institution sites and day activities. FAGNE ASHAUGESUNDDeadline: Aug 20This procurement is for a turnkey contract for ground work and the construction of a new transformer station in Haugaland Næringspark. The project aims to ensure energy supply to the business park and facilitate planned industrial development in the area. In the long term the measure will also strengthen the security of supplies in Haugalandet and enable the connection of energy production from Tysvær wind power plant. The transformer station is planned to be erected with one station building and five transformer cells. This contract is for the ground work, as well as the construction of the station building and two of five transformer cells. The transformer station shall be certified in accordance with BREEAM-NOR v.6.0. The tenderer will be responsible for ensuring that the transformer station achieves BREEAM certification.In addition to the transformer station, the contract includes the establishment of a ground cable connection from the transformer station to the end mast (M22) on the aerial high voltage line connection between Klovning transformer station and Haugaland Næringspark, as well as cable trenches between Statnett ́s transformer station at Gismarvik and up to the station in Haugaland Næringspark etc., the Contracting Authority will choose at least two of the qualified tenderers to submit a tender, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers. There is no upper limit for the number of qualified tenderers who can be invited to submit a tender, and the contracting authority reserves the right to invite a selection or all of them. Any selection of tenderers who are invited to submit tenders will be made based on the selection criteria in the competition description point 3.5. After the tenders are received, the contracting authority plans to carry out negotiations with the tenderers. Any negotiations may be carried out in several rounds of negotiations, where the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated.
