Tender description
Rogfast is a 27km long underwater tunnel that is being constructed between Randaberg and Bokn. The tunnel will be the world's longest and deepest road tunnel. The goal is safer and more efficient travel routes along Western Norway. Work on driving the tunnel is well underway from the attack point at Mekjarvik, Arsvågen and Kvitsøy, and contracting of the electro contractor is ongoing. There is a need to hire a contract engineer to assist the project organisation at Rogfast in connection with the execution of the project. The work will involve following-up contracts, both as regards technical, legal and financial problems in close cooperation with the project ́s own employees.

The subject of this Contract is the provision of Engineer/Supervision services for the design for the building permit, the design for construction, the as-built design and the Works under the Works Contracts for Section 3. The Works for Section 3 are implemented through two Design and Build Works Contracts: the first covering Subsections 3.1(Paracin-Stalac) 3.3 (Djunis-Trupale) and 3.4. (Trupale-Medjurovo) and the second covering Subsection 3.2. (Stalac-Djunis) The Works Contract for Subsection 3.2 has been signed as Lot 2; following the termination of the Lot 1 Works Contract, the remaining Lot 1 works are planned to be incorporated into the Lot 2 Works Contract through an amendment. The installation of ERTMS is planned under a third Works Contract; ERTMS is excluded from the scope of this Contract and will be subject to a separate procurement procedure for supervision services. The temporary signaling and telecommunication system required during the execution of the works is included in the Works Contracts and within the scope of this Contract financed project shall not violate or have violated any intellectual property rights. The project would like to hire one resource to assist in coordinating and implementing the visits, and would like, with this, tenders for services such as project support with responsibility for visits and lecture assignments.Procurement of a service contract for gas installations.
NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KFKONGSBERGThe competition is for the construction of a residence with 8 apartments with a personnel base. The project is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction in phase 1 and with a fixed price in phase 2, the execution phase. The area of the site is 3,390 m2 and the total area of the dwelling is estimated to be approx. 1400 m2 gross, divided between two floors. Requirements for Husbanken shall be fulfilled. A feasibility study has been carried out for the project, without a completed reworked/engineered system. The final solution, area and qualities shall be worked on until it is partnered. As of d.d., an investment framework large enough for the project has not been decided. A total of NOK 56.9 million has been put aside for the entire project in the municipality investment plan. The feasibility study has stated a cost of approx. The interaction phase must be used to optimise the project in order to calculate a new price that must be calculated through an investment decision in order to proceed with the execution. Work must be done to get significantly under what the feasibility study shows. The stated volumes are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority.
