Die Mitarbeitenden der Personalabteilung der Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle der Bundesrepublik Deutschland GmbH (kurz auch: Bundeskunsthalle) in Bonn arbeiten vorwiegend vor Ort in Bonn, nutzen jedoch auch die Möglichkeiten des mobilen Arbeitens. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung ist keine dedizierte Human Resource Management Software (zu Deutsch: Personalmanagement-Software) - kurz: HRM-Software- vorhanden. Gegenstand des Ausschreibungsverfahrens ist die cloud-basierte Bereitstellung einer HRM-Software für den Auftraggeber in Abstimmung mit dem Bereich IT durch einen geeigneten Auftragnehmer als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
