Art der Leistung Das Beratungsprojekt soll die Wasserressourcenplanung und -verteilung im Hillah-Flusssystem verbessern. Durch präzisere Daten und den Einsatz des aktuellen Ribasim-Modells (Version 2026) sollen Entscheidungsprozesse des irakischen Wasserministeriums (MoWR) optimiert und Wissenslücken geschlossen werden. Umfang der Leistung Training & Kapazitätsaufbau Konzeption: Entwicklung eines maßgeschneiderten Lehrplans für das Ribasim-Modell (inklusive Niederschlags-Abfluss-Modellen und der Erstellung eines kalibrierten Modell-Grundgerüsts für das Hillah-System). Durchführung: Organisation und Leitung eines 5-tägigen Praxis-Workshops für das Ministerium (MoWR) und lokale Partner. Arbeitspaket 2: Unterstützung bei der Ergebnisanalyse Hilfestellung für das MoWR-Personal bei der Auswertung und Interpretation der Modellergebnisse. Erstellung des abschließenden technischen Berichts (inkl. Szenarienanalysen und Hauptergebnissen). Arbeitspaket 3: Laufender technischer Support

The model for service development involves new ways of working for the entire organisation. The implementation will involve changes in work forms, interaction, management and decision making. To ensure learning, quality and adjustment during the process, before new practices are allowed to join the organisation, the National Police Agency wants a research environment to carry out action research, or other type of follow-up research where researchers collaborate closely with the business, parallel to the implementation.
