Tender description
DTU requires an operator to design, plan and execute an airborne gravity survey using an airship plat-form. This action is planned within the EU Horizon Europe project called EQUIP-G, where a new quan-tum gravity sensor will be procured and delivered by ultimo 2027 and the survey carried out in fall 2028. The operator will also engage in the identification of possible instrument requirements related to the airship platform and support the design and certification process in order to meet the require-ments.

The Contracting Entity invites interested and suitably qualified marine reconnaissance survey firms, joint ventures, association of companies and consortia to submit an Expression of Interest (“EoI”) for participation in a subsequent competitive tender procedure for the provision of Marine Reconnaissance Survey (“MRS”) for the 2.13-ELEG-S-M-25-GREGY-STUDIES Project. The GREGY Interconnector is a project of Mutual Interest (PMI) and a strategic electricity interconnection project involving high-voltage transmission infrastructure between Egypt and Greece, including submarine and onshore cable systems and associated facilities. The associated project, "2.13-ELEG-S-M-25-GREGY-STUDIES", has been successfully awarded under the Connecting Europe Facility (Grant Agreement: 101290455). Its primary objective is to carry out the necessary technical and environmental studies required to advance the project. This Notice constitutes an invitation for interested parties to express their interest in participating in the forthcoming tender procedure. The Expression of Interest (EoI) phase is intended to: • identify interested and capable economic operators; • verify their suitability to participate in the tender process; • enable the Contracting Entity to provide confidential tender documentation. Interested parties shall submit EoI including: • Company name and details; • Contact information; • Brief company profile; • Confirmation of relevant experience in marine reconnaissance surveys for major infrastructure, energy, marine, and/or transmission projects; • Confirmation of willingness to participate in the tender procedure. Technical and financial submissions are not required at this stage. - Deadline for submission of EoI: 21.08.2026 - Expressions of Interest shall be submitted in English, by email to: [email protected]. Due to the confidential nature of certain project information, interested parties who submit an EoI will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”). The NDA shall regulate access to confidential information, including but not limited to: • project documentation; • technical studies; • engineering information; • environmental baseline data; • commercial information; • tender documentation. Only parties who have executed the NDA will receive the complete tender documents. Following execution of the NDA, eligible interested parties will receive: • Instructions to bidders; • Terms of reference; • Technical specifications; • Draft contract; • Evaluation methodology; • Submission requirements; • Other relevant tender documentation. Die Leistung umfasst: Entnahme von Bohrkernen aus dem Fahrbahnoberbau, Durchführung von Kleinramm- bohrungen sowie Durchführung von physikalischen und chemischen Laborversuchen als Planungsgrundlage für eine Deckenerneuerung innerhalb des o.g. Es sind zwei geotechnische Bohrungen bis zu einer Tiefe von ca. 30 m unterhalb der Schlammlinie/des Meeresbodens durchzuführen. Die Standorte der Bohrungen befinden sich nördlich der Insel Norderney. Die Wassertiefe an beiden Standorten beträgt 4–6 m. Der Zweck der Arbeiten ist • die Identifizierung der Bodenschichten. • Ermittlung der geotechnischen Parameter, die für die detaillierte Planung des Tunnels erforderlich sind • Ermittlung der geotechnischen Auslegungsgrundlagen für die Bodenverhältnisse entlang des Tunnelabschnitts, die für die Auslegung erforderlich sind. Der Auftragnehmer wird hiermit darauf hingewiesen, dass sich beide Standorte in einem Nationalpark befinden und dass es einschränkende geografische Faktoren gibt, die die Ausführung der Arbeiten beeinträchtigen können, darunter: • Geringe Wassertiefe / Gezeitenbereich • Umweltschutzzonen • Wind und Wellen Die benötigten Genehmigungen für die Arbeiten werden vom Auftraggeber beigebracht. Standortfreigabe hinsichtlich nicht explodierter Kampfmittel (UXO) Der Auftragnehmer hat ausreichende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Risiko, an den vorgeschlagenen Standorten auf Blindgänger zu stoßen, für die Art der auszuführenden Arbeiten akzeptabel ist. Anforderungen an die geotechnische Untersuchung Die Bodenuntersuchungsbohrungen sind gemäß DIN EN ISO 22475 durchzuführen. Die CPT-Untersuchungen sind gemäß DIN 4094-1 und DIN EN ISO 22476-1 durchzuführen. Anforderungen an geotechnische Prüfungen Nach Durchführung der Erkundungen und Auswertung der Bohrkerne sind die Laboruntersuchungen gemäß den ISO- und DIN-Spezifikationen für die jeweilige Prüfung durchzuführen. Der Tunnel ist ca.10,8 km lang und besteht aus jeweils zwei Einspurröhren. Diese schliessen an den Zimmerberg-Basistunnel 1 an und erstrecken sich bis zum Südportal Litti bei Baar. Die Leistungen für das Sachverständigenmandat Tunnelsicherheit erfolgt gemäss der BAV Richtlinie Unabhängige Prüfstellen Eisenbahnen RL UP EB Version 3.1 vom 24. September 2021.
