The indicative scope of works covers the following elements: 1. Sewerage network: Construction of sewerage network in the approximate length of 9.2 km which will serve to 3000 inhabitants in the following settlements: Kolašin city centre, Braće Vujisić (Dulovina), Breza and partly Smailagića Polje and Gornji Pažanj. 2. Water supply priority measures: Water supply priority measures include services, supplies and construction works to be designed, supplied, installed and constructed by the Contractor. - Preparatory services (operational GIS, HID based hydraulic model, leakage detection for 30 km of network and detailed design of new elements including SCADA) - Supply, installation and commissioning of bulk flowmeters, and water meters (400), establishment of DMAs and SCADA - Works for upgrade of the water distribution system hydraulic configuration. 3. Wastewater Treatment Plant Design and Construction of WWTP in Bakovići settlement - Conventional Activated Sludge Process and aerobic sludge stabilization. Design and construction of the WWTP shall include two phases: Phase I - 4000 PE (to be constructed): Wastewater flowrate (including infiltration) = 765 m³/d (9 l/s); Peak dry weather flow = 57 m³/h (16 l/s); Peak wet weather flow to =109 m³/h. Phase II - additional 2000 PE (to be considered in design): Wastewater flowrate (including infiltration= 1045 m³/d (12 l/s); Peak dry weather flow = 77 m³/h (21 l/s); Peak wet weather flow = 150 m³/h The proposed process for WWTP includes: Influent pipe and by-pass line, inlet chamber, Coarse screens, Fine screens, Aerated grit chamber, Distribution chamber, Primary sedimentation, activated sludge and secondary sedimentation (biological) treatment, Effluent control and measurement chamber, Discharge line to the Tara River, Sludge pumping station, Sludge distribution chamber, Sludge thickener, Sludge reed beds, Drainage pumping station, Building for guard, laboratory, blowers, warehouse, Odour control, Plant infrastructure, fenc

Municipality of KolašinKolašinThe work to be carried out under this works contract comprises the permanent works (facilities and systems) related to the new Zaghoul El Bahary WWTP (15,000 m3/d, 2037 expanded to 25,000 m3/d, 2052) in Motobas District, Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, to be designed, constructed, and commissioned; the effective restoration of any defects during the 1-year Defects Liability Period; and the optional 1-year of normal operation and maintenance of the works for the WWTP. Avfall Sør ASKRISTIANSAND SDeadline: Aug 24The Contracting Authority Avfall Sør Husholdning AS is a part of Avfall Sør konsern, which is owned 100% by Kristiansand and Vennesla municipalities in Agder. The company provides waste and sanitation services to all inhabitants in the owner municipalities and serves approx. 55,500 residential units with dunk sanitation, 5,000 residential units with buried systems and 3,700 cabin subscribers. In addition, the company operates three recycling stations and a large waste facility at Støleheia with various treatment activities such as sorting, composting, tiling and depositing. Avfall Sør Husholdning AS is the contracting authority for this competition. The waste is transported to Støleheia, where it is composted in a separate facility. The finished compost is to be refined to soil products that are traded for various purpose. The collection routes are thus altered and the collection frequency for food and bio-waste is changed from weekly to collection every two weeks. The change is a part of Avfall Sør ́s work with increasing the sorting of food and bio waste. Analyses show that there are still significant amounts of food waste in the residue waste, and the aim is to move a greater share of this to the bio-waste scheme.
