Interested bidders must respond to this tender using the UNICEF e-submission system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNICEF tender details, request clarifications on the tender, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, bidders need to be registered as at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. For guidance on how to register on UNGM and submit responses to UNICEF tenders in the UNICEF e-submission system, please refer to the user guide and other resources available under this tender document. Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as stipulated in this RFP. Bidders must carefully review Section 3 – Qualifications, Specialized Experience, and Additional Competencies of the Terms of Reference (ToR) and ensure full compliance with the stated requirements. Proposals should be prepared and submitted accordingly, together with all supporting documentation demonstrating compliance with the specified criteria. The Technical and Financial Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology set out in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). Bidders are advised to carefully review the ToR and ensure that their submissions adequately address all requirements and evaluation criteria defined therein. To provide bidders with first hand information on the project details and tender documents, a pre-bid meeting will be conducted on 14 September 2026. Please see Attachment No. 04 on the meeting link which will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams. Bid submission deadline is 20 Sep 2026 and 16:00 Hrs.
