Request for Proposals: Conducting a Comprehensive Market Survey of the Mozambique Supply Market for UNICEF The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Mozambique invites proposals from suitably qualified organisations to conduct a comprehensive market survey of the Mozambique supply market. The overall goal of the consultancy is to assess the availability of supplies, equipment and services that can be locally sourced, with a view to identifying vendors for local procurement initiatives and developing a supplier database for UNICEF Mozambique. A secondary goal is to stimulate local production by targeting manufacturers across key supply categories. While UNICEF recognises that many local suppliers are general traders rather than producers, preference will be given to companies that are producers or manufacturers, or that are part of a network or group of producers or manufacturers, without making this a mandatory requirement. Eligible companies are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals by 13:00 (Maputo time) on 8 October 2026 to [email protected]. Tender documents, including the terms of reference, may be requested by email at [email protected], with the reference LRPS-2026-9205881 indicated in the subject line.
