The system will be used in the context of a new project to develop the most sensitive MKIDs for exoplanet spectroscopy at visible to near-infrared wavelengths, and demonstrate them at a scale of ten-thousands of pixels. To that end, optical access to the cryostat from outside is required to characterise the detectors. The aim is to demonstrate the detectors at a scale that requires readout with at least 16 coaxial lines. To keep operational costs low, the system should be cryogen free, i.e. not require liquid Helium for operation. Since the detectors include thin membranes, we have particular requirements on the vibration isolation. Besonders in der patientennahen Forschung, z.B. mit Primärzellen aus Biopsien oder chirurgischem Material, ist ein kontinuierliches, nichtinvasives Monitoring zellulärer Prozesse essenziell - insbesondere, wenn nur begrenztes Ausgangsmaterial zur Verfügung steht. Aktuell steht im Forschungslabor der Chirurgischen Klinik kein eigenständiges Live-Cell-Imaging-System zur Verfügung. Dies erschwert die Durchführung komplexer Langzeitexperimente und führt zu aufwendiger Endpunktanalytik, welche sowohl personal- als auch materialintensiv ist. Die geplante Anschaffung eines Live-Cell-Imaging-Systems stellt daher eine entscheidende Grundlage für die Weiterentwicklung innovativer immuntherapeutischer Projekte dar. HavforskningsinstituttetBERGENThis competition is for the procurement of an inverted microscope that can run routine analyses of cultivated cells. This particularly applies to automatic counting of cells, the proportion of dead cells and morphological changes of cells. An inverted microscope is therefore necessary. There will be many users of the instrument, with different uses and expertise. It is important that the user interface is educational and that the system has KI functions that facilitate the analyses. It is also important that larger objects such as fish larvae (up to 2.5 cm) can be analysed, as well as histological slides.
