About the Organisation - Statistics Norway Council - The Council shall assist the Managing Director in statistics questions, on questions about research and analysis and in other particularly important or principle cases. The consultancy service shall preferably be at a strategic level. 01.01.2026 the Council consists of seven members, all of them are external (not employed by SSB).)Managing Director Departments - nine departments with separate department head; Research, Administration, Communication, IT, Method and Data Collection, International Secretariat and three different departments for the production of statistics. Sections - In 8 of 9 departments there are one or several sections, with the accompanying section leaders, approx. 40 sections in total. Number of employees: approx. 850, mainly divided between the office locations in Oslo and Kongsvinger. See the ssb.no: Organisation - SSB for further information.

The Council’s out of hours emergency is also part of the customer services section, these calls are handled by an external company who input details onto the Council’s CRM. A tender for the continued provision of an online customer experience platform and CRM is required to ensure continuity and expansion of the digital programme in Cork County Council. The EEA and Norway Grants are Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway’s contribution to reducing economic and social disparities in Europe and to strengthening bilateral relations with 15 Beneficiary States in Northern, Central and Southern Europe. This framework agreement aims to support the FMO is obtaining an assurance on the proper functioning of the management and control systems of the Beneficiary States and programmes, legality and regularity of expenditure, work of the national stakeholders involved in the implementation of Grant, etc. The FMO is looking for a maximum of 5 framework contractors with a particular expertise in funds managed by EEA & Norway Grants, experience working in its Beneficiary States and proven methodological expertise in conducting assignments of similar nature.
