Alta municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs joinery services for the execution of small and medium sized assignments. We have chosen to have parallel framework agreements with three tenderers. If one of the chosen tenderers breaches the contract, the contracting authority will be able to sign a contract with the next one on the list within the original contract time. The service includes maintenance, oncoming work, planned maintenance jobs, projects of various sizes and emergency repairs. The estimated value of the scheme will be approx. NOK 1.5 million per. year and NOK 6 million in 4 years, calculated from previous years' costs. The maximum value is NOK 10,000,000,-. The estimated value does not provide a guarantee for the assignment quantity for some suppliers. Call-offs occur according to the following model: As a starting point, 3 participants in the contract will have 1/3 of the turnover each - measured in NOK. Availability, competence, experience and who has carried out jobs earlier in buildings can affect the choice of supplier. Mini-competitions can also be held between the agreement participants for assignments of a certain size. Major assignments can be announced in separate competitions.

10Framework agreement carpentry service
Lindesnes kommuneMarnardalThe aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for joinery services. The procurement includes, among other things, the following services: • Maintenance and oncoming work • Major planned maintenance jobs and projects • Emergency repairs There will, however, also be included with the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer has the material necessary for the execution of the actual assignment. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority is, thus, free to purchase materials from our other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work that shall be carried out without mark-up in the agreed prices for work.Framework agreement for flushing services
Arendal kommuneGrimstadDeadline: Oct 08Background Arendal municipality shall establish a joint framework agreement for flushing services in order to cover ongoing and acute needs across the organisation. The need particularly applies within water and sewage, but also the Arendal Harbour and Arendal Eiendom have a real and recurring need for equivalent services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to necessary services through a more structured, predictable and efficient contract. The framework agreement shall assist the municipality in handling acute events quickly and responsibly, while also covering planned assignments connected to operation and maintenance. The procurement shall also provide better management of the procurements, more uniform terms and simple contract follow-up. It is important for tenderers to be aware that the assignments can vary in scope and urgency, and that the contract can be used by several units with partially different operational needs. Description of the assignment The procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for flushing services for Arendal municipality. The framework agreement shall cover both planned assignments and acute events within the municipality ́s areas of activity, with an emphasis on water and sewage, as well as needs within the port and property. The delivery mainly includes flushing, suction, dry suction, emptying and other closely connected services that are naturally included in such assignments. The assignments can i.a. be connected to operation, maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting and handling events that require a quick response. Delivery is requested that gives the municipality access to the necessary capacity, resources and relevant equipment for different types of assignments. The framework agreement shall be suitable for use across multiple units and facilitate effective implementation, accessibility as needed and satisfactory documentation of completed work. Value calculation The estimated contract value isFramework agreement, Communication and Marketing Services.
Sandnes kommuneSandnesDeadline: Sep 18The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of communication and marketing services. Please note that job advertisements and film production will not be included in this framework agreement. See chapter 4 for further details on the procurement ́s purpose and requirements. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but based on average calculations based on statistics information for 2023-2025, an annual contract value of approx. NOK 1,200,000 is estimated excluding VAT. The total estimated contract value, including options, is approx. NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT. Emphasis is put on the fact that the estimated contract value is only of an informative character and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the actual contract value can vary, partly as a result of a decision that municipal sub-plans and other types of plans are likely to be prepared internally in the municipality, as well as changed financial framework terms, organisational changes and municipal activity. Tenderers cannot demand compensation if the expected procurement is lower than expected. Based on the estimated value of the contract, the contracting authority has stated the maximum contract value, c.f. the Court of Justice's case C-23/20. The maximum contract value is + 15% above the estimated value, calculated to NOK 5,520,000 excluding VAT.Framework agreement for plumbing services and materials.
VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaDeadline: Sep 30Background Vennesla municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement for plumbing services and materials as the existing contract expires. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the municipality continued access to the necessary external capacity and competence for service, repairs, maintenance and management of acute events in the municipality ́s buildings and technical installations. The municipality has its own plumbers that cover parts of the current need. The self-region does not, however, cover the entire need, and the framework agreement shall therefore be a supplementary means to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and security of delivery. The procurement shall contribute to a practical and predictable model for ordering and following up assignments. There is a need for a system that safeguards both smaller ongoing assignments and major planned work. At the same time it is important to have a quick response with rush assignments and good access to the necessary material. The procurement shall therefore facilitate efficient execution, clear call-off routines and good interaction between the municipality and the suppliers. Estimated value and extent The estimated value of the framework agreement is based on historical consumption as well as the contracting authority ́s expected need in the contract period. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority to make procurements for a specific extent or a specific value under the framework agreement. The actual extent can deviate significantly from the estimate due to, among other things, political priorities and grants, changed needs, implementation of investment projects, as well as acute events and unforeseen conditions. The contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum purchase under the framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT.
