Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant, working as part of a consultancy team, will assess the effectiveness and accessibility of the Hemayeh Electronic Labour Complaints Platform in Jordan through a desk review, analysis of administrative data, and consultations with workers, employers, labour inspectors and civil society organizations. The assignment also includes examination of the platform's institutional arrangements and its interoperability with labour inspection, dispute resolution and worker-protection mechanisms, culminating in practical recommendations to strengthen the platform's performance, accessibility and long-term sustainability.
