The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. Only suppliers that meet the pre qualification requirements will be granted access to the tender stage (stage 2). These requirements are set out in the attached document “Pre-qualification Document”, which specifies the conditions for participation, required documentation, deadlines, and a description of the procurement process. Tenderers are asked to read the document carefully before submitting their request for participation.
