Da das Gas auf 100 bar verdichtet wird, werden diese in den Eintrittsleitungen (Saugseite) und Austrittsleitungen (Druckseite) der Verdichter benötigt. In den Saug- und Druckleitungen der Verdichter sollen insgesamt folgende Schalldämpfer zur Reduktion der durch die Verdichtung erzeugten Schallemissionen eingebaut werden. 1. Drei baugleiche Schalldämpfer für die gemeinsame Rohrleitung auf der Saugseite (DN 1000) 2. Sechs baugleiche Schalldämpfer für die Einzelleitungen auf der Saugseite (DN700) 3. Sechs baugleiche Schalldämpfer für die Einzelleitungen auf der Druckseite (DN 800) Die Rohre für den Behältermantel werden von GASCADE beigestellt. Alle Schalldämpfer müssen druckbeständig bis 100 bar sein, Pumpstößen und einer Richtungsumkehr standhalten können, korrosionsbeständig sein und dürfen dauerhaft keine Teile oder Bruchstücke verlieren, die in den Verdichter beschädigen könnten. Die Schalldämpfer sollen für den Betrieb mit einem Mischgas bestehend aus 90 Vol.-% Erdgas und 10 Vol.-% Wasserstoff geeignet sein. Eigenschaften der Erdgasschalldämpfer: - Inline-Schalldämpfer mit Metallgewebelaminat - verschiedene Kammern (Kulissen) um den Schall bei verschiedenen Frequenzen zu dämpfen - Tiefe der Kammern abgestimmt auf ¼ der Wellenlänge - rein metallisch, ohne Mineralfasern - ohne Lochbleche - Sandmantel zur Minderung des über den Behältermantel übertragenen KörperschallsMaschinelle Ausrüstung Belebungsbecken, Verteilerbauwerk und Provisorien

The following is applicable to the scope of the QS: • GNI may procure all or any part of the PRS and LP installation. • For the purposes of compliance with Regulation 97(1)(a) (Modification of contracts during their term) of the Utilities Regulations 2016 GNI may require additional services, works, supplies under the scope, relevant to PRS and LP site e.g. the provision of equipment listed below and all ancillary equipment to facilitate the safe and efficient operation of the PRS assembly. The Contracting Entity reserves the right, at any time during this competition and/or the operation of the Qualification System, to conduct audits (including Supplier Quality Audits), which may include site visits and quality audits, for the purposes of verifying the accuracy and completeness of tender submissions and any supporting documentation provided.
