Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind der Jahres- und Konzernabschluss sowie der zusammengefasste Lagebericht der Deutschen Beteiligungs AG, der Jahresabschluss und der Lagebericht ihrer Tochtergesellschaft DBG Managing Partner GmbH & Co. KG, der Jahresabschluss ihrer Tochtergesellschaft DBG Management GP (Guernsey) Ltd. sowie die Jahresabschlüsse der von der Gruppe der Deutschen Beteiligungs AG direkt oder indirekt verwalteten oder beratenen Fondsgesellschaften. Wirtschaftsprüfer (w/m/d) und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften können ihr Interesse an der Ausschreibung bis zum 8.
