Sykehuset Innlandet Health Trust intends to enter into an agreement with Thermo Fisher Diagnostics AS for the procurement of an analysis instrument for allergies and auto-immunology. The mandate for the procurement of new instruments for analysing immunology shall be seen in connection with the need for an instrument for allergy examinations. The aim is to gather analyses of samples for immunological and allergological examinations in one instrument. The contract will be signed after a procurement without a competition in accordance with the procurement regulations §13-4 letter b.

St. Olavs Hospital HF (org.nr. 883 974 832), the University Hospital Of North Norway (org.nr 983 974 899) and Helse Bergen HF (org.nr 983 974 724) intend to enter into a 4 year framework agreement with GE Healthcare AS for the delivery of FASTlab cassettes for use with GE FASTlab 2 Synthesizer Module. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 7.5 million excluding VAT. A contract is planned to be signed with GE Healthcare 10 days after publication of this notice. A monopoly situation exists in the market, as there are no other relevant suppliers than GE Healthcare AS who can deliver equivalent cassettes. GE Healthcare AS is the only manufacturer of these products and the procurement can therefore be made without a prior notice in accordance with the public procurement regulations (FOA) § 13-4 first section, letter b.
