STATE INSTITUTION "LVIV OBLAST CENTER FOR DISEASES CONTROL AND PREVENTION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE" (SI "LVIV OCDC MOH")LvivPurchase of a analytical laboratory equipment set for the determination of microcystins and chemical monitoring, including the determination of bisphenol A, in water using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry methods with sample preparation systems, quantity 1 set, according to the scope of the Technical SpecificationThin section lapping and polishing equipment and thin section/sample saw (call for tenders no. 2)
Geologian tutkimuskeskusEspooA bid is requested for one (1) thin section lapping and polishing equipment and/or for one (1) thin section/sample saw. Thin section lapping and polishing equipment: The thin section lapping and polishing equipment must be capable of producing polished thin sections, thin sections with surface glass, polished sections, and glued sections made from crushed material. GTK usually uses hot plate and oven impregnating with Araldite and Petropoxy adhesives for the production of thin sections. GTK uses a mineral and polarization microscope and a micrometer to inspect the quality and thickness of the grains. GTK produces thin sections from soft rock (shale) to very hard rock types (granite), as well as glued sections from crushed stone. As a general rule, the rock types in Finland are hard. GTK has an external Pfeiffer HiScroll 46 vacuum pump for the use of thin section lapping and polishing equipment so the vacuum pump is not within the scope of this invitation to tender. The most produced sections at GTK are as follows: Polished thin section and section with surface glass, size 48 mm x 28 mm, other sizes are also possible Polished section, size varies, normally sample is round, and the size is 25 mm x 30 mm. Glued gravel section, size varies, normally sample is round, and the size is 25 mm x 30 mm. The thickness of the polished thin section must normally be 0.03 mm, uniform in thickness, and the minerals must have the correct optical color for identification. The surface of the polished thin section must be scratch-free. and/or Thin section/sample saw: Thin section/sample saw is used for sawing bulk rock samples for thin section production. The size of rock samples varies from few cm up to 20 cm in thickness. The saw must be capable of cutting samples with a diameter of at least 10 cm and thin sections sized up to 50 mm x 75 mm. GTK has an external Pfeiffer HiScroll 46 vacuum pump for the use of thin section/sample saw so the vacuum pump is not within the scope of this invitation to tender. Delivery terms & warranty for both devices: Delivery term: DDP Geological Survey of Finland, Thin section laboratory, Kuopio, Finland. Incoterms 2020. Delivery at the latest by October 30, 2026. At least a two-year warranty from the acceptance of the equipment.ATU 26/337 - Request for tender for the supply of an Advanced Automated Biofabrication Platform to Atlantic Technological University
Atlantic Technological UniversityLetterkennyDeadline: Aug 10ATU seeks the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, validation and user training of an advanced automated biofabrication platform for research and educational applications in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, organoid development, 3D cell culture and related biomedical research. The proposed system must provide an integrated and automated platform capable of supporting advanced 3D biofabrication workflows, including bioprinting, liquid handling, robotic manipulation, automated sample handling and biological assay preparation within a single coordinated system. The system will be used in a multidisciplinary research environment involving academic researchers, postgraduate students and industry collaborators. The equipment must therefore be suitable for intensive research usage, support reproducible workflows, and operate reliably within a laboratory environment compliant with biological research standards.Supply and delivery of automated systems for the EMFAF P2.180 species diversification for Maltese aquaculture project

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft - Einkauf B12München1 Piece - Precise local milling & polishing System (IMWS-07.1) The Fraunhofer Institute for Microstructure of Materials and Systems IMWS researches the application behaviour, reliability, safety and lifetime of innovative materials in components and systems. The Business Unit "Electronic Materials and Components" Fraunhofer IMWS support industry and research partners by its internationally recognized expertise in failure analyses of electronic components. Fraunhofer IMWS will enhance its capabilities for advanced failure analysis and material characterization to support the ramp up of new heterogenous integration technologies addressing the manufacturing and reliability challenges. To eneable a precise mechanical preparation procedure a specialized depackaging tool is proposed. The system must be a precision grinding 5 axis CNC machine for mechanical preparation of microelectronic devices. The CNC system must be built up as and orthogonal XYZ system with the sample to prepare fixed in in XY-orientation and two additional tilt mechanisms for X- and Y-axis. To estimate the residual thickness of the milled substrate (i.e. Silicon) a second tool for measuring through the substrate is needed. This can be done optically. Because Silicon is only transparent in visible spectrum at a thickness of smaller than 1µm, an optical thickness measuring instrument in the wavelength of Infrared range and in visible range is neccessary. Options: 1.1.9. General Device Specifications Optional, the systems has to be equipped with an optical non contact measurement system to evaluate the sample orientation by three point alignment in vertical direction and a tilt compensation in both X- and Y-axis so the sample is perfectly perpendicularly oriented to the milling spindle. 1.1.11. General Device Specifications Optional: an additional sample holder must be offered 1.3.4. Spindle Specifications Optional: pneumatic or electric tool changer for fast and toolless change of milling or polishing consumables 1.5.2. Live sample control optional: additonal cameras for live inspection of milling progress 1.8.1. System for collection of dust and particles during milling process "For removal of dust and particles during dry milling processes an vacuum dust collecting system must be offered. It has to be equipped with a HEPA filter system at least of class H13. The system must operate at 230V / 50Hz." 1.8.2. System for collection of dust and particles during milling process For removal of used slurry a recirculating system for supply with fresh water or milling liquid at the milling site must be offered.MARKET SURVEY: Fish egg sorting machine
LuonnonvarakeskusHelsinkiDeadline: Aug 02Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is planning to procure a fish egg sorting machine for its research infrastructure in Taivalkoski. Luke’s aquaculture facility is located in Taivalkoski, and the fish egg sorting machine is being procured for the handling of live fish eggs, mostly salmonid eggs.
