Die endgültige Entscheidung über die Vergabe bleibt der TH Wildau vorbehalten Die TH Wildau beabsichtigt die folgende Leistung zu vergeben: Lieferung, Integration und Inbetriebnahme eines Upgrades der vorhandenen ficonTEC-Montageanlage (Bestandsanlage, Anlagen-/Projektnr. J10340) um ein UV-Aushärtesystem mit zwei UV-Köpfen, ein neues Pick-Up-Tool (PUT) sowie einen volumetrischen Dispenser. Die Nachrüstung dient der Erweiterung der vorhandenen automatisierten Montage-/Justageanlage um eine UV-Klebstoffaushärtung (mehrkanalig, mit zwei UV-Köpfen) sowie um ein volumetrisches Dosiersystem für die reproduzierbare Klebstoffdosierung. Aufgrund der erforderlichen Kompatibilität mit der Bestandsanlage sind die mechanische Adaption, die Kollisionsprüfung sowie die softwareseitige Einbindung Bestandteil der Leistung. Bestandteil der Leistung sind insbesondere Lieferung, Integration, Installation und Prozessentwicklung sowie die Einweisung des Bedienpersonals durch den Auftragnehmer. Zum Liefer- und Leistungsumfang gehören: I. Lieferung und Integration eines UV-Aushärtesystems mit zwei UV-Köpfen samt Halterungen sowie eines neu konstruierten Pick-Up-Tools (PUT) für die vorhandene Montageanlage, einschließlich der zugehörigen mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten sowie der Montage- und Prüfleistungen. II. Lieferung und Integration eines volumetrischen Dispensers (Dosiersystems) einschließlich der zugehörigen Hardware und der erforderlichen Anpassungen an der Bestandsanlage. III. Mechanische Adaption und Kollisionsprüfung sowie softwareseitige Einbindung in die Bestandsanlage; Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie Prozessentwicklung und Prozessunterstützung vor Ort einschließlich Einweisung des Bedienpersonals. IV. Vollständige technische Dokumentation (aktualisierte Anlagendokumentation/Betriebsanleitung, Konformitätserklärung) in deutscher oder englischer Sprache sowie Herstellergarantie von mindestens 12 Monaten (Material und Arbeit). Das zu liefernde Upgrade muss mindestens die folgenden technischen Anforderungen erfüllen: Ausgangs- bzw. Bestandsanlage a. die Nachrüstung erfolgt an der vorhandenen automatisierten ficonTEC-Montage-/Justageanlage (Bestandsanlage, Anlagen-/Projektnr. J10340); sämtliche Komponenten müssen mit dieser Anlage kompatibel und in deren Steuerung integrierbar sein. UV-Aushärtesystem b. UV-Aushärtesystem zur Klebstoffaushärtung mit zwei UV-Köpfen einschließlich der zugehörigen Halterungen. c. mehrkanaliger UV-Controller (mindestens 4 Kanäle) zur Ansteuerung der UV-Köpfe. d. Integration der mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten in die Bestandsanlage einschließlich Montage und Funktionstest. Pick-Up-Tool (PUT) e. ein neu konstruiertes Pick-Up-Tool (PUT), passend zur Bestandsanlage und zum neuen UV-System. Volumetrischer Dispenser f. volumetrisches Dosiersystem (Dispenser) zur reproduzierbaren Klebstoffdosierung, einschließlich der erforderlichen Hardware und der Integration in die Bestandsanlage. Integration, Installation und Prozess g. mechanische Adaption und Kollisionsprüfung zur konfliktfreien Integration der neuen Komponenten in die Bestandsanlage. h. Installation und Inbetriebnahme vor Ort (mindestens fünf Arbeitstage vor Ort) einschließlich Prozessentwicklung und Prozessunterstützung. i. Einweisung des Bedienpersonals in die neuen Funktionen. Konformität der Gesamtanlage j. nach der Nachrüstung ist die Konformität der geänderten Gesamtanlage (CE) sicherzustellen bzw. die bestehende Konformitätsbewertung entsprechend zu aktualisieren. The PYROCO2 project is a prestigious European Innovation Action type project, funded in 2021 under EU's first round of calls for proposals in support of the European Green Deal. The project has twenty partners from eleven countries, including DTU and process engineering partner Bioprocess Technology SL (BPT, Spain), as well as SINTEF AS (SINTEF, Norway) as the PYROCO2 project coordinator.
