The concrete products shall primarily be used for: Operation, maintenance and replacement of sand trap manholes. Replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions. Both framework agreements are based on a combination of two delivery models: Delivery from tenderers (call-offs with delivery): The tenderer must have the capacity to transport and deliver products directly to Valøya or the stated construction sites within the municipality ́s borders. Collection at the tenderer (call-off with self-collection): In order to ensure efficient operation, the contracting authority must be able to collect products themselves with separate vehicles. 2026 Offaly County Council Housing Maintenance: Pre-let Repair Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works on Council owned housing stock using the Multi Party Framework Agreement
Offaly County Council intend to establish a Framework Agreement for use with a Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (TMRC) to carry out pre-let repairs and refurbishment works on council owned stock. The properties will be mainly vacant but some will be occupied during the works. It is expected that works will be carried out on approximately 35 houses over the intended 1 year term of the contract. Approximately 30 per cent of the properties will require major works e.g. EWI (Solid Walls), re-plumb, rewire, replace windows and doors, Heat pump, close up chimney etc., new bathroom, kitchen and internal doors, replace boundary fencing, paint internally, all other standard servicing and replacement for items for pre-lets, etc. The other 70 per cent will require standard works e.g. service or replace existing gas/oil boiler, replace external teak doors, service windows, kitchen, bathroom (replace taps, handles, seals, etc), extend tiling around bath, top up attic insulation, electrical checks and minor repairs/additions, fit new alarms, fit new immersion and cylinder, service/replace iron monetary on internal doors, paint internally, tidy up externally, replace/repair boundary fences if needed, remove waste and contents etc. It is proposed to establish a multi-participant framework list of qualified participant contractors who can be called upon to carry out Task Orders under the terms of the TMRC. A list of 12 participants and 5 reserve participants will be established, participants will be ranked on lowest price and must qualify under the requirements of the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. All items listed in Volume C Pricing Document must be priced. It is intended to award works using Option C (Application of framework rates) of the Agreement for the majority of the properties requiring works. The process will proceed as follows: When a pre-let becomes available to repair, Offaly County Council staff shall visit the property to inspect it, take measurements and prepare a works list by selecting the appropriate items from the pricing document. The council will, without consulting the participants (contractors), apply the framework rates tendered in each framework participants pricing document to the quantities and having extended the rates and quantities and summed them, determine the lowest comparative price. A task order will be offered to the framework participant with the lowest comparative cost. Alternatively, Offaly County Council may hold a mini tender competition under Option A (Mini-competition with all participants) of the Agreement among framework participant contractors who have met the mandatory criteria. The participants will be asked to price the list of works for the property via e-tenders quick quote system. The participant will be deemed to have thoroughly review all information supplied with the task order / mini competition tender and have acquainted themselves with the nature, scope, and extent of all proposed work before responding to the Task Order / mini competition in accordance with the conditions of contract. All participant contractors will have to be first approved by Offaly County Council Health Safety Officer to perform the duties of PSCS before being appointed. Background The contracting authority needs to renew the vehicle fleet for personnel who work with housing inspections and sweeping. The procurement will be carried out as a result of new requirements for division into a clean and dirty zone in the vehicles. The aim is to facilitate a safer and more appropriate work day, including reducing exposure to degassing, dust and other pollution from equipment and work clothes used in the service. The vehicles shall be used in daily operative operations and must support safe transport of personnel, tools, sweeping equipment and polluted equipment. Therefore there is a need for vehicles and fittings solutions that together provide good functionality, practical access, satisfactory ergonomics and reliable handling of equipment in accordance with the business ́s needs. Description of the assignment The contracting authority shall enter into a procurement contract for the delivery of 11 goods vans in large box van execution, ready fitted out with a 3-piece system for a clean and dirty zone. The delivery shall include complete vehicles with adapted fittings and the necessary equipment for the contracting authority ́s use. The budget limit for the procurement is estimated to be between NOK 6,300,000 excluding VAT and NOK 7,800,000 excluding VAT, depending on the sale of existing vehicles. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of the procurement within the framework of the procurement regulations, i.a. due to changed needs, unit prices (reduced number of vehicles), financial framework terms or organisational conditions. The M120 Heavy Civils Enabling Works Framework Agreement (the M120 Framework) will provide civil engineering works for the MetroLink programme. Cork County Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Works Contractors, including multi disciplinary Design Team Services, for the delivery of social housing projects using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with an estimated project value in excess of €5 million and no upper limit. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Specialist(s) - including but not limited to Volumetric Housing Units; Panelised (Timber Frame, Light Gauge Steel Frame, Precast Concrete Panels and Structurally-Insulated Panels); Insulated Concrete formwork. The framework will have an overall estimated value of €250 million, and it is intended that seven contractors will be appointed. The framework is for Contractor-Designed projects, with PW-CF2 to be used as the form of public works contract. Qualification System for Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to establish a Qualification System for Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal. IÉ invites applications to participate in the pre-qualification process to appoint suitably qualified companies to a qualification system for Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal that may arise on a planned or emergency ad-hoc basis. These requirements can often include the need for ancillary services in conjunction with the main works of Tree Felling and Vegetation Removal. This Qualification System will consist of different types of work, including the below: • “Planned Works” - will apply to planned routine Tree Surgeon works. These will be notified and planned in advance of the works taking place based on a survey or recommendation by Irish Rail and its representatives. Irish Rail will allow sufficient time for tenderers to tender for these services. • “Emergency Works” - will apply to emergency works based on critical safety situations due to circumstances such as weather events, sudden or unpredicted safety concerns etc. and all other reactive situations where safety of the railway is of a critical and time sensitive nature. Irish Rail may require tenderers to tender and carry out these safety critical services in a prompt manner. Those companies successfully appointed to the Qualification System will receive all future tender enquiries during the term of the Qualification System. Please note that the following requirements will also apply to contracts awarded under this Qualification System: • Safe Pass - each employee working on or near the railway line will have to have a valid Safe Pass. • PTS (Personal Track Safety) – If awarded a contract, each employee working on or near the railway line will be required to have a valid PTS. Stage 2: The Tender Stage for each call-off contract will commence with TII issuing the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to each tenderer for that lot. Following the conclusion of the Tender Stage, the three (3) highest ranked tenderers under each lot will be appointed to the M120 Framework and will be eligible to compete for future call-off contracts and also the highest ranked tenderer for each of the first call-off contracts will be awarded those contracts. The 4th and 5th ranked tenderers under each lot will be reserve tenderers, TII reserves the right to appoint one of the reserve tenderers to the M120 Framework under certain specified conditions. The M120 Framework may also be used by Iarnród Eireann-Irish Rail to procure call-off contracts for heavy civil engineering works at or adjacent to Glasnevin station that fall within the scope of works for the M120 Framework. TII has the right at any time and without notice to (i) terminate the Competition (or part of it), (ii) change the Competition’s basis or procedures, (iii) procure the works by other means, (iv) negotiate or engage with one or more parties at any time, or (v) to do any combination of the foregoing or anything else deemed appropriate.
