Das Staatssekretariat für Migration SEM benötigt im Rahmen der vorliegenden Beschaffung eine Standardsoftware als Nachfolgelösung für das elektronische Lenksystem der Integrationsförderung (ELSI), beinhaltend:Konzeption, Realisierung und Betriebseinführung inkl. Daten-Migration einer Standardsoftware, gemäss den Fachanforderungen;Software-Lizenzen für die Nutzung der Software während der Realisierung (2 Jahre) und der geplanten Betriebsdauer (10 Jahre) sowie Dienstleistungen für Wartung und Support. Der Betrieb wird durch das Bundesamt für Informatik und Telekommunikation BIT sichergestellt. Die neu zu beschaffende Standardsoftware soll in der Betriebsinfrastruktur (On Prem) der betreibenden Stelle installiert werden.
