Entwicklung und Durchführung partizipativer, praxisorientierter Schulungen zur Stärkung des Verständnisses von Überlebenden-zentrierten Prinzipien.Die Fachkräfte von stationären Einrichtungen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe stehen zunehmend vor komplexen Herausforderungen. Die Hilfebedarfe von betreuten Kindern und Jugendlichen sind häufig durch psychische Belastungen, traumatische Erfahrungen und vielschichtige Problemlagen geprägt. Gleichzeitig steigen die Anforderungen an die Ausgestaltung von Schutzkonzepten, Beteiligungsstrukturen sowie an eine gelingende Kooperation mit angrenzenden Systemen. Vor diesem Hintergrund besteht ein erhöhter Bedarf an fachlicher Weiterqualifizierung, kollegialem Austausch und Reflexion der eigenen Praxis. Die Modulreihe greift diese Anforderungen auf und zielt darauf ab, die professionelle Handlungssicherheit der Fachkräfte zu stärken, ihre fachliche Perspektive zu erweitern und Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Arbeit im stationären Kontext zu geben. Ziel ist es, Fachkräfte zu befähigen, die individuellen Bedürfnisse der jungen Menschen zu erkennen und passgenaue Unterstützung anzubieten. Hierzu bietet die Fortbildung eine Vertiefung der Kenntnisse zu rechtlichen Grundlagen, eine Erweiterung des Wissens zu Entwicklungsverläufen von Kindern und Jugendlichen unter belastenden Lebensbedingungen, sowie eine Sensibilisierung für komplexe Hilfebedarfe. Im Vordergrund stehen die Weiterentwicklung von Handlungskompetenzen im Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten, die Vermittlung von Methoden zur Förderung von Partizipation und der Ausbau von Kompetenzen im Krisenmanagement. Gleichzeitig sollen Fachkräfte unterstützt werden, die eigenen Fürsorgekräfte zu aktivieren und zu stärken. Zur Qualitätssicherung soll ebenso die Stärkung der professionellen Haltung des Einzelnen sowie eine Verbesserung von interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit erreicht werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll ein fachlich qualifizierter Auftragnehmer mit der Konzeption, Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung einer modularen Fortbildungsreihe beauftragt werden. Ziel ist es, die fachliche Handlungssicherheit der Teilnehmenden nachhaltig zu stärken.
