This post covers releases 0.19.31 through 0.19.98, from 22 to 27 July. The name change to Auftrag One has its own post.

A new notice layout

The detail view of a notice has been rebuilt. Instead of tabs nested inside tabs there is one bar: overview, documents, scoring, checklist, comments. The open tab is part of the address, so a shared link opens the same view.

The sections of the overview can be reordered per person and hidden individually, and the order is kept for the next visit. Topics now sit above the description, and the AI summary is visible without expanding anything. The header carries two actions: "Veröffentlichung ansehen" opens the source, "Fehler melden" reports an incorrect notice directly.

Where a notice carries award data, the contractor and the award of individual lots are shown in their own section. The organizations involved are linked to their network profile, so one click leads from the notice to the other tenders of the same body.

Comments as a thread

The comment area now reads as a conversation: oldest entries first, day separators in between, several entries by the same person grouped together. Older entries load upwards while the newest one stays in place. Enter sends, Shift and Enter insert a line break.

Dashboard

The dashboard now shows your own situation instead of general market figures. A row of key figures at the top, below it the last 30 days, computed from the matches of your own search agents. Alongside that, the split of bid and no-bid decisions, the next deadlines with a countdown, and the latest activity in the team.

The empty states distinguish two cases that used to look the same: no search agent set up yet, with a direct path to creating one, or an agent with no matches in the period. The greeting line is gone.

Search agents

The wizard now only offers what your plan includes. Unavailable notice types are locked, deactivated sector groups appear greyed out with an explanation and a link to the sector settings. Before saving, the wizard summarizes what changes about your notifications, and warns when an agent has no way to deliver.

Awarded contracts

Notices of the type "Vergeben" are included from the Pro plan upwards. On the Starter plan the filter is locked and shows the upgrade note; results then exclude that type even if the address is edited by hand.

Vergabe Studio (closed beta)

The bidder side joins the document production. Interested parties register for a running procedure, ask questions and receive the answers in the same thread, and download the published tender documents without an account. Bids arrive sealed and are acknowledged with a receipt; they are opened only at the submission deadline, and only with two people present. For every procedure, the procurement file can be assembled as a document. An already published eForms procedure can be imported as a starting point.

The studio remains a closed beta: it is enabled per organization and available on request, not automatically included in a plan.

Contracting authorities

Restricting a search agent to federal, state, municipal or EU level used to lead nowhere: the filter returned no matches without showing an error. The classification is now recorded for the entire stock, and existing agents carrying that restriction return results again.

Public site

Search on the website shows 15 results before asking for an account. Notices without a named contracting authority were missing from the public results and are included again.

Under /en/daten the market report for July is available, and the bar chart now also shows the average across the selected period.

Additional changes

  • Pinned and recently used search profiles sit in an expandable group under "Ergebnisse" in the sidebar instead of forming their own block
  • Form fields, date pickers and error messages are tied to their label, so screen readers announce them correctly
  • The outcome of a bid submission is announced to screen readers

The changelog is published monthly. Questions about the updates to [email protected].
