Releases 0.18.42 to 0.19.30: Vergabe Studio in beta, AI assistants and a new website
A workspace for contracting authorities in closed beta, a way to connect your own AI assistants over an MCP server, exact result counts instead of ten-thousand-plus, and a public website rebuilt from the ground up.

This post covers releases 0.18.42 through 0.19.30, from 1 to 22 July. Two larger things arrive, a workspace for contracting authorities and a way to connect external AI assistants, and the public website was rebuilt from scratch.
Vergabe Studio (closed beta)
For contracting authorities, a dedicated workspace for producing tender documents has taken shape. A project starts with an inbox for contributions and a structured briefing to which your own knowledge sources can be attached; generated statements stay traceable back to their source. On that basis the documents are produced as structure rather than free text, with validation rules, translations, version comparison and an approval step before publication. Date fields are pre-filled with the statutory deadlines.
The studio is marked as beta and runs with a closed group: it is enabled per organization and available on request, not automatically included in a plan.
Connecting AI assistants
Auftrag One provides an MCP server. Compatible AI assistants use it to reach your own tender data, either with an organization API key or after a one-time consent in the browser. The authorization can be revoked at any time.
Search
The result count is reported exactly instead of stopping at "10,000+", and large numbers are shown with thousands separators. Filters from the sidebar are stored in full instead of falling back on the next visit.
Search now also covers the original title and description text from the source, not just the processed version, wording that appears exactly like that in the notice leads to the match again. Purely technical actors on a notice are hidden by default; if you show them, the link can be shared with that setting included.
Notices
AI summaries are no longer a single block: you can switch between versions, and each version records what produced it. Document access runs through a shared resolution, so outsourced and older documents download reliably too.
Deadline reminders count calendar days in UTC. Reminder chains that had run past their due date and stayed silent now catch up; reminders can also be delivered to Slack.
Public site
The site was rebuilt: a continuous grid as the layout system, self-hosted fonts and a single light appearance, which removes the switch to a dark theme.
New are an interactive demo where you pick a trade and watch real notices flow live into the matching classification, and a guided product tour with a working search over the current stock. The features page was rewritten around both. On top of that come pages for individual trades under /en/branchen and an archive of the market reports under /en/daten/marktberichte.
Several statements on the site were sharpened: the reference to a CPV code filter is removed, stock size and publication rate state the real figures, and the notices-per-day number is computed by publication date rather than capture time.
Under load the site stays reliably reachable; caching was rebuilt for that.
Unsubscribing from emails
Promotional emails now carry a one-click unsubscribe that also works directly in the mail client. The /en/abmelden page is no longer a dead end: if the link has expired, the address can be entered there, with an optional reason. The confirmation is always identical, so the page cannot be used to check which addresses are known.
Additional changes
- If saving a comment or a label fails, the display resets instead of pretending the change went through
- The profile completion dialog closes after saving
- Empty region pages are no longer offered for indexing, and the sitemap only includes an address once there is enough content behind it
