Releases 0.13.3 to 0.17.24: Organization network, construction objects and an interactive threshold calculator
An explorer showing which contracting authorities and bidders deal with one another, a second classification for construction objects, visible warnings for broken webhooks, and a calculator that works out the EU thresholds for you.

Releases 0.13.3 through 0.17.24 shipped in May. The largest addition is the organization explorer, alongside a lot of work on the notice detail page and a series of faults in delivery and data intake that had gone unnoticed.
Organization explorer
A new "Organizations" area shows the surroundings of a contracting authority or bidder as a network: a searchable, sortable list on the left, the map in the middle, details of the selected organization on the right. Node size follows notice volume; clicking the plus expands another organization's surroundings, dragging pins a node, and a double click centres it.
The legend switches connection types on and off, award, bid, competitor, review, general connection, and one-off connections can be hidden. Cluster, ring and grid layouts are available. In the detail area every connection carries a plain-language explanation, for example "12 shared notices, contracting authority and contractor". Search, role and sorting live in the address bar, so a link to a particular view can be shared.
Instead of pre-computed coordinates, the map runs as a simulation: nodes settle, closely connected organizations visibly move together, and on expansion the network rearranges rather than jumping to a completely new layout.
Organization search and duplicates
Organization search finds companies under earlier spellings too, because every name that has ever appeared in a notice is searched as well. Short queries like "sap" work, and an organization whose own name starts with the query ranks above pure alias matches.
Organizations with an identical national identifier are merged automatically; the superseded entries disappear from the list and the map. Searching for an outdated spelling lands on the valid entry.
Notices
Alongside topics there is a second classification: the construction object. For construction work, the result list and the detail page show what is being built, buildings, infrastructure, utilities and disposal, industry or outdoor facilities, with the main object first. The public notice page carries the same information as its own block.
The activity history has become readable: status changes, bid decisions, assignments and label changes read as sentences rather than raw data. The whole detail page was redesigned, including the cards for contracting authority, contractor and place of performance, as well as the loading, error and "superseded by a newer version" states.
Participating organizations now appear once with all their roles instead of once per role, and notices above the EU threshold are marked as such in the list and in the header.
Newly published notices wait up to 30 minutes for the processed title instead of showing up with the raw title from the source and being renamed shortly after.
Entitlements and AI credits
Locked areas no longer behave like errors: archive, bookmarks, comments, reminders and teams appear greyed out with a padlock in the navigation, and anyone opening the address directly gets an explanatory note instead of an error message.
AI credit consumption is visible: an indicator in the header showing what is left, a usage overview with bars and a reset date, and a note as soon as the credit is used up. Credits are shared across the whole organization.
Notifications
Broken Slack and Teams webhooks are detected and reported, in the bell, on the affected search agent row and in its notification settings, each with a pointer to the settings. Previously the delivery was simply lost.
A fault in the send schedule meant older send times stored in a different format could no longer be read; affected customers did not get their digest at the time they had set. Both formats are understood now.
Data and search
After a change on the crawler side, intake rejected every new record, for a while no new notices arrived at all. Intake now accepts both time formats and the flow is running again.
Notices that were deleted or removed as duplicates now also disappear from search and from the organization network instead of continuing to show up as results. The place-of-performance filter is simplified to the 16 federal states plus a "include nationwide" switch.
Public site
The threshold calculator is no longer an article but actually calculates: enter the contract value, pick the authority type and contract type, and the page names the applicable threshold and the procedure to use. The reference tables sit below it, collapsible.
Added to that: 27 in-depth guides embedded directly in the topic pages, five new comparison pages under /en/alternativen and a rebuilt footer that makes product, resource and legal pages reachable from every page.
Fixed: topic pages that ran into a limit during generation and were then served with an empty result list; deleted notices that kept showing a seemingly normal page instead of a clear "no longer exists"; and intermittently unreachable files such as llms.txt and the sitemap.
Additional changes

- Signing in with Google or Microsoft completes registration on its own
- From the organization detail, the notice count leads straight into the filtered search
- On the public notice page, two buttons leading to signup went nowhere; the links are correct again
