Releases 0.7.56 to 0.13.2: Notification centre, support tickets and a shorter onboarding
A bell with a realtime stream, support requests as traceable tickets, Microsoft Teams as a delivery channel, onboarding cut to three steps, and a series of delivery faults that had been quietly swallowing emails.

Releases 0.7.56 through 0.13.2 shipped in April. The month revolved around notifications: how they arrive in the app, which channels they go out through, and why some of them did not arrive at all.
Notification centre
The header now carries a bell with an unread counter and three tabs: All, Unread and Support. Every notification has a category, support, newsletter, match, team mention, billing, system, and a severity shown as a coloured dot. One click leads straight to the object it refers to.
New notifications appear without a reload. If the tab was closed in the meantime, the app replays what was missed on the next visit; if the connection drops, it reconnects on its own with growing intervals. For urgent items, a system notification and a sound can be enabled.
Support
The support button no longer opens an anonymous form but creates a ticket with a category (general, billing, bug, feature request, account, tenders, feedback) and a priority. A dedicated support area in settings lists every ticket with its status, open, answered, closed, including the reply thread; answers also show up in the bell.
In the same place you can grant our support staff time-limited access to your account. A running countdown shows how long the grant is still valid.
Search agents and channels
The search agent overview was rebuilt: search field, sorting, a grid/list toggle, a filter area and compact rows. Every agent shows its state as a pill, active, incomplete (for example when a channel or recipient is missing) or inactive, along with the icons of its delivery channels. Several agents can be selected and activated, deactivated or deleted together.
Microsoft Teams is available as a delivery channel, rendered as an adaptive card. For Slack and Teams, the webhook can be verified with a test message directly in settings instead of waiting for the next real match.
Delivery fixed
Several faults that silently swallowed or multiplied notifications are fixed: duplicate newsletter jobs are prevented, a loop that repeatedly triggered the same send is stopped, and the timestamp from which a search agent looks for new notices is now advanced correctly. That timestamp also follows the capture time at full precision, so notices ingested late are no longer skipped.
Onboarding and account
Signup now takes three steps instead of five: topics, preview, done. The sector selection is loaded from the actual sector list and can no longer offer sectors that do not exist. Once an organization is approved, an example search agent is created automatically so the account is not empty at first login.
Company settings are consolidated into one page with the tabs master data, contact, billing, profile, capacity and qualification. Anyone who is not the owner of the organization is told so explicitly instead of running into an error on save.
You can now delete your own account. Confirmation requires typing your own email address; after that, recovery is possible for 30 days. Plan changes and invoices are handled through the customer portal directly from the app.
Notices and deadlines
The detail page shows two new sections: award criteria and participating organizations. A notice's history is sorted by actual date, so corrections that arrive later appear in the right place.
All deadline reminders now live in a dedicated "Reminders" overview and can be paused, resumed or deleted individually. A fault when reading certain time formats from the sources produced wrong due dates, the dates are correct now.
Public site
Public notice pages now fetch their data through a dedicated endpoint. Previously the listing effectively showed one result per sector; now the full list is there. Superseded notices redirect permanently to the valid version, and search engines receive a real error code for addresses that no longer exist.
On /en/data the counter of captured notices runs nearly live. The growth figure uses a twelve-week comparison and leaves out the incomplete current week instead of swinging mid-week. Topic pages gained 20 in-depth guides, and the blog appeared with its own English articles for the first time.
Additional changes
- The sector filter in search works again; the query previously ran empty and had no effect
- After a deployment the app reloads outdated program parts automatically instead of showing a blank page
- The selected language survives navigation and reloads
- Assignments create a notification for the person responsible
- Changes to a notice no longer flick back to the previous state
